Bukkyo Dendo Kyokai (BDK) aims to spread Buddhism widely through Buddhist Studies, and to promote the academic discipline of Buddhist Studies for the future. To this end, we have established scholarship programs for Japanese and foreign research students engaged in the study of Buddhism.
